Data Flow

1. Office generates database with current employees pay periods, equipment, jobs, and phases

2. Office stores database to a file sharing drive (Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive) OR emails database to employees to access in app on mobile devices

3. User downloads Time Card app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (one time only)

4. User opens the app, selects "Import File" from app's main menu then imports the database

5. User selects "Settings" in upper right corner of main screen to configure Time Card app (one time only):

       a.  User selects username from dropdown

       b.  User configures cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive) for image storage

6. User enters time and expenses with optional photos

7. User emails time and expenses to office with option to attach photos

8. Office imports Time Card app data via standard Time Card import

9. Office reviews Time Card data including photos in email or cloud storage
